Meet Our New Product Support Manager

Say Hello to Simon Brodie, our newest team member taking care of Product & Technical Support, Service, Parts and Problem Solving.

Simon BrodieSimon joined us in August and was selected for his wealth of knowledge and experience, having worked in service and technical roles in the Fork-Lift industry for over 20 years. He is Lifting Equipment Engineers Association (LEEA) trained and fully qualified to carry out Thorough Examinations under both LOLER and PUWER regulations.

Key to his role will be the liaison with the Technical Team at MultiOne Srl (the manufacturer), close support of our growing Dealer Network and providing hands on solutions for our end user customer base.

Simon commented: “I’ve been here a few months now and am finding it’s a pleasure and privilege to work with such an innovative product and forward thinking manufacturer.”

2017 has seen an upsurge in demand and Simon’s appointment has ensured that After Sales Support receives the attention it needs, whilst releasing other team members to concentrate on their responsibilities.
